Just inside the front door of the Lancaster Avenue Autonomous space exists the LAVA library, currently run by a small crew of self styled librarians who are carefully cataloging and shelving hundreds of books anxious in anticipation of imminent regular open hours.
If you are a rebel, a radically minded book lover by all means, get in touch! We want you to participate in decision making and staffing the LAVA library....

FNB cooks in the kitchen on the first floor from 3pm to 5pm on Sundays and serves up hot vegan meals in the park at 19th and Vine at approx. 5:30pm every week, then returns to Lava to clean.
So far there are two acoustic acts, Wingnut Dishwashers Union and Brooke Pridemore. The event will start at 6pm and run until 9pm with $5 suggested donation.

The Metropolitan Community Church of Philadelphia hosted by the Rev. Jeffrey Jordan every Thursday at the LAVA Building located 4134 Lancaster Avenue In Philadelphia..
Usually the meetings will be on the first floor but in the event of another event at the same time the meetings will be held on the second floor rear in Martin Solar Room (Solarium)

is a group called AKILI (African Knowledge Improvement Locally and
